Which data do I process?
Contact. If you email me, I keep your message and email address for as long as needed to answer your question.
Visitor statistics. I use privacy-friendly, anonymised statistics (via Vercel) to see which pages are visited. These place no cookies and cannot be traced back to you as a person.
Cookies & storage
Lichtbreking uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your preferences (such as light/dark theme and your progress in a course) are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and never leave your device.
Sharing with third parties
I do not sell or rent your data. Data is only processed by the service that keeps this site running: the hosting and privacy-friendly statistics (Vercel).
Retention period
I do not keep data longer than necessary: email correspondence is kept until your question has been dealt with.
Your rights
You have the right to view, correct or delete your data. To do so, send an email to hallo@lichtbreking.nl; I will arrange it as soon as possible. If you disagree with something, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
This statement may change from time to time. The date at the top shows when I last updated it.
